Welcome
First Presbyterian Church in Derby is a place where people can meet Jesus and engage in a life-giving community. We welcome everyone to come hear the Word of God. We believe in creating a space where people can have authentic encounters with Christ, discover their gifts and practice using them for God's glory. Join us for either of our Sunday Worship services , our Wednesday night activities, or stop by and talk to one of our devoted staff! We are eager to meet you and then serve along side of you.

What To Expect
Our 9:00 am service is our traditional service. We have a full choir which adds to our worship experience. We can't brag, but if we could, we might have much more to say about the music in first service. It is a great blend of organ and piano music. And we always make time for children.
Our 11:15 am service is our Contemporary service. Join us for contemporary worship music led by our Praise Team leader as we celebrate in the grace and mercy of God as we praise God for His love!
There is childcare available for both Sunday services and for our Wednesday night activities. We have something for all age groups. Plan to hang around after the service for fellowship and meeting new people.
