Kenton Kersting, Western Kansas kin to the Derby Kerstings at First Presbyterian, will be sharing his experiences overseas at the 10:00 morning service on Sunday, July 23rd. He is on summer break from his university teaching position abroad and has a number of stories to share about the region in which he serves and about the people who “have his heart” there.

“It has been a banner year on a number of fronts,” Kenton said. “I marvel at the doors of opportunity that have been opened to me and my teammates in both the school and the community. This year bears the thumbprint of heaven upon our work there!”

First Presbyterian and many of her individual members have supported Kenton in his overseas teaching in four nations for over twenty years.
